謝謝你的回複！報告中沒有血液的酸堿度 Ph 值一項，Bicarbonate 32mmol/L;  Anion Gap 10mmol/L;  eGFR 84ml/min/1.73m2,  醫生說是年齡大了（60歲瘦弱體質）腎功能減退but nothing serious 沒有給任何治療的建議，所以我來這裏谘詢，如何能使這些指標恢複正常？
