Thanks for introducing this method to us. It does help. I see difference next day when I brush teeth. My gum is stronger. Now, my stomach is more comfortable. But I do it differently. What I do is after each meal, take a tea-spoon olive oil (that’s what I have by hand), do赤龍攪海, then 叩齒, total is about 10 min or a little more, 然後將嘴裏的唾液一點一點咽下去, 唾液為金津玉液, 舍不得扔掉 : )。There are many non-harmful bacterias live in our oral cavity. They are helpful for our digestion.
