Please recommend a juicer

I like your posts about Gerson Therapy. The Q and A are very helpful!
Want to recommend to my parents and mother-in-law. Do you have recommendation for a juicer? not too pricy one.
I'm also thinking about how to use the leftover fruit and vegi after getting the juice out. What do you do with those?
