The uterus measures 7.4 x 3.4 x 4.3 cm in sagittal by AP by transverse dimensions respectively, anteverted in position.  The endometrial complex measures 4.5mm. 
The right ovary measures 6.4 x 4 x 6 cm, including a simple cyst measuring 5.4 x 3.8 x 5.3 cm.  The left ovary measures 3.7 x 1.4 x 2.2 cm.
Minimal free fluid was seen within the cul-de-sac.
