How to get consulation from American doctors for patients in

Nephew in China need surgery to remove his lens due to lens dislocation when born  and put artificial  lens to improve his vision. Right now his vision is 0.4. The issue is the materials called 10-0 polypropylene suture to position artifical lens  are easily get broken 3 yrs after surgery.


Tried to call two eye specialists to get  consulations ( will pay them) per my nephew's report from China hospitals, but no one to take appointment , and the reason they couldn't give any advise without see the patient.

How do I get the consulations from American doctors for my nephw , who is living in China right now?
