請問大家父母65歲以上在美國的醫療保健情況

父母身體都不好，父親有高血壓，有過心髒病爆發，剛又有輕度腦溢血，家裏沒人照顧。想給父母辦過來，又不知這裏的醫療保健是否能負擔的起。請有經驗的網友指點門路，非常感謝！
