家裏的恙蟎

前幾天，走在草地上。從那時起，一直感覺瘙癢。皮膚上有一些紅色斑點。做了穀歌搜索。看起來它是由恙蟎 (chiggers) 帶來。
懷疑我家現在也有恙蟎。是否有任何方法來消除在家裏的恙蟎(從草地帶來的)？
