Normal sinus rhythm with frequent non-conducted PACs. Rare PVC, very frequent PAC with 55 atrial couplets, 6 symtoms of irregular heart beat/pounding/flopping in chest corresponding to isloated PAC. Total number of beats 209474, percentage of PVC<.01%, percentage of supraventricular beats 36.9%.
Echo Doppler:
Normal left ventricular size, overall grade I systolic fuction. --- others normal
Stress ECG-- Negative
There were no significant ST segment changes over baseline during exercise. There were few PAC , moderately frequent ventricular premature beats during exercise. there were few ventricular pvc during recovery
The speclist said it most likely LGL, sending him to do heart catheter ablation.
The strange thing is he has stomach bloating, gas , little bit pain all the time too. By the way, it's been almost 3 months. He is in university. And have seasonal allgery for a few years. seems have food sensitive, like gluten, dairy, coffee. Before this started, he was drinking coffee.
