請科普：31歲，哺乳期，前兩天右乳房上方酸痛，以為是漲奶，昨天發現觸摸有小腫塊，

醫生要求做ultrasound ,和mammography, 約了下星期做，同時開了anti-biotic ( cephalexin 500mg). 網上查了查，一般31歲的年紀都不做mammography。 請教內行人士！但願隻是infection.
