關於卵巢囊腫求好心人幫忙看一下B超結果！多謝！

我今年40歲，近幾個月周期不甚規律。3月底B超檢查有一大小為2.3x2.0x2.0cm的simple cyst。 6月份月經間期流血12天，昨天B超複查發現增大為2.9x1.9x2.9cm， 報告上寫 “complex cyst with homogeneous low to moderate level internal echoes.
There is no extraovarian mass or free fluid. The bladder contour is normal.”

請問我應該做什麽樣的複查來判斷囊腫（或腫瘤）是否惡性？是找婦科醫生還是腫瘤科醫生？假如是良性，可否考慮暫不切除卵巢繼續觀察（因我一直努力懷孕中）？家族中迄今沒有婦科癌症史。
