need advise about ferritin level

I had blood test may 29th, my ferritin is very low 17.7, normal is 20-400.in may 9th, i had test too which show 204. i just wonder if it is possible ferritin drop that many in 3 weaks ? i had gastriscopy done may 16 th, it is perfect normal. my colonoscopy has been done last Oct, everything is fine, that means no internal bleeding. i couldn't figure out what cause it, or may be is lab error.
