Fibroid 長的位置不好或太大是不能用熱熔法操作的。操作的clinical practices很少，中小城市可能沒設備做。對side effects的evaluation不全麵充分。可能會造成不孕不育，年輕病患不䢖議做--陪人看病聽來的。
