請大家幫我看看X-RAY的結果, 幫忙用中文解釋下有什麽問題麽？

因為去年11月份去滑冰摔了一跤，剛好就摔到了脊椎尾巴那，我也沒去看醫生，一個月後好了。自從2月份起左邊腰下方靠屁股那老是有點疼（burning的感覺），也不是很疼。鑒於疼了這麽久，還去去拍了個x片，也查了腎（腎沒問題）。x片的結果如下：

Lumbar spine complete,, minimum 4 view:

AP, lateral, both oblique, and coned down lateral radiographs of lumbar spine were obtained. Lordosis lumbar spine present. Minimal dextrocurvature. Normal alignment. Height of vertebral bodies and disc spaces is within normal limits. Mild anterior osteophyte formation L2/L3, L3/L4, and inferior endplate L5. Pedicles appear intact. No evidence of spondylolysis.

Impression: Mild degenerative changes as above.
