請教：腦血流不順暢。

因為經常頭痛，頭暈。家庭醫生建議做了MRI.報告出來說是我的腦部血流不順暢。醫生讓吃阿司批林。請問還有別的方法改善嗎？這個毛病嚴重嗎？我今年48. 謝謝朋友們
