這裏有人知道在美國怎麽治療嗎?MRI result summary:
1. isolated teres minor atrophy and edema w/i the supraspinatus muscle. In the absence of trauma these findings are nonspecific however Parsonage-Turner syndrome could be a consideration.
2. Tendinosis of the supraspinatus and infraspinatus. Minimal bursal sided fraying of the supraspinatus.
3. acromioclavicular joint osteoarthritis with subacromial enthesopathy and lateral downsloping of the acromion, which likely results in impingement of the rotator cuff.
4. Degenerative changes of the labrum.
5. mild subacromial / subdeltoid bursitis.
Thanks a lot!
