請問：上腹部鈍痛近2月，牽引後肩後腰疼痛

上腹部左右部常刺痛或鈍痛，並牽動後肩和後腰痛，有點像膽結石的症狀，隻是略輕，夜晚尤甚。有兩個來月了，吃了胃藥近20天，也沒有任何改善。請問這可能是什麽問題呢？膽已切除。謝謝解答。
