MRI報告，看不懂啊，有誰能幫忙解釋一下？多謝！

後下腰脊椎疼，同時左腿疼，尤其是臀部和膝蓋位置。有時候左腿好象突然無力支撐身體，必須扶住什麽東西才行。蹲下時，有時後腰脊椎中也好象有那麽一根神經或是根筋突然支撐不住身體的感覺，但起來了就沒事了。

 There are 5 lumbar vertebral bodies assumed for the purposes of this dictation. Please correlate with lumber spine plain films.

 There is mild degenerative endplate change at L3-L4. Alignment, vertebral body height and marrow signal is otherwise normal. The conus terminate at L1 and is normal for signal and morphology.

 At L3-L4 there is no disc bulge or protrusion. The facets joints are normal. The central canal and neural foramina are patent.

 At L4-L5 there is no disc bulge or protrusion. The facets joints show minimal degeneration. The central and neural foramina are patent.

 At L5 -S1 there is mild disc desiccation. The facets joints show mild degeneration. The central canal and neural foramina are patent however.

 Opinion:

There is multilevel degenerative facet joint change as described. However no significant disc bulges are noted. There is mild disc desiccation at L5 -S1. No nerve root impingement is identified.
