閉經了嗎

本人無知,3年前開始月經不調(閉經),沒聽西醫去用激素.也沒想要去看中醫.現在皮膚有問題,went to see family doctor, he ordered blood test.現在他告訴我是更年期末期, 我才39.現在看中醫還來得及嗎? 怕激素有負作用
