1. Bloating ( 腹脹 ）
2. Feel full easily ( 易飽 ）
3. Change of bowl movement ( 大便習慣改變 ）
4. Go bathroom all the time ( 尿頻 )
5. Lower abdominal pain ( 下腹隱痛 ）
6. Fatigue ( 乏力 ）
If you have these symptoms which lasting more than 2 weeks, please make an appointment with your doctor to EXCLUDE ovarian cancer. Most likely you have something else.
As most of you know that mammogram can detect early stage of breast cancer. There is no early detection method for OVCA so far.
The method will help final diagnosis are pelvic ultrasound, CT, MRI,PET scans and a blood test call CA125 ( Cancer Antigen 125 ). Elevated CA125 does not mean you have OVCA, but high CA125 does appear in most OVCA patients. The trend of CA125 readings is much more meaningful.
You rather be safe than sorry!!!
Final diagnosis is from biopsy.
