Miss-carry at 5 weeks, 再請教大家，what will happen next?

我現在還沒有開始月經，醫生隻是說四天後再測HCG, make sure it is 0 ( it was 140 yesterday).
So is the miscarriage completed? Or will there be a D&C? And will it be harmful?
