請教：我是不是得了腎炎，是不是很嚴重？

請教版上的各位幫我看看：
最近感覺後腰疼，尿頻繁，差不多一個小時3次，而且小便很黃。

1月24去ER檢查結果如下：
Leukocyte Esterase, Urine 2+ A ( Reference Range: NEG - )
Urine Protein, Qual Trace A ( Reference Range: NEG -)
WBC, Urine 6 H (Reference 0-5)
RBC, Urine 3 H (Reference 0-2)
Bacteria, Urine Moderate A ( Reference Range: NONE -)
Mucus, Urine Rare A ( Reference Range: NONE - )
Squamous Epithelial Cells, Urine 5 ( Reference Range: 0-5)

家庭醫生給我開了藥，好像是複方新諾明，治療泌尿係統感染的，吃了10天了，尿液中的細菌都沒了，可是其他指標還是一樣，而且尿酸反而還高了。今天看了泌尿科醫生，他告訴我不應該吃10天，而且不是泌尿係統的問題，把我推給家庭醫生。可是家庭醫生也聯係不上了。我很害怕自己得了腎炎，還不到30歲，想一想都很害怕。我現在應該繼續吃藥嗎？還是約一個腎髒專科的醫生看一看？沒了主意，但是又怕等下去病情惡化。
