請求健談的朋友們幫忙診斷一下

13歲的兒子，始於大約1個月前，發燒99-100F，吃了Tylenol第二天就沒事了。  幾天後開始頭疼並感疲勞。 又過幾天，感覺右臂和右手無力且伴有右指及右膝疼痛。驗血及腦部，頸部MRI,EMG 神經測試都正常。 antibiotic 吃了十天，又吃了antiinflamation, 都不見好轉。 兒科及神經科醫生都找不出原因。 請這裏的朋友們幫忙是否見過類似病曆。大謝了。
