我也來說說我長 痘痘 的煩惱。大家給分析分析。。

年輕的時候沒長過。皮膚也一直很好。 今年40。 從去年11月份開始 痘痘 此起彼伏。 臉夾，額頭都有。
臉夾最厲害。 我沒有壓力，睡眠很好，吃的也算健康清淡。 唯一的生活變化是從去年十月鍛煉的比以前多了點。但也不劇烈。

我就是想不通啊。想不通。。。。
