I didn't find it intimidating: The first time I tried

hot yoga, I did all the movements and followed the 90-minute class just fine. Hot yoga may be difficult for people who rarely work out, but as long as we have a reasonable goal (even that means being present for the whole 90 minutes, which will make us sweat for sure), then we've done something good for our body and our health.
