flax seed對月經周期有影響嗎？

前一段時間看到有姐妹說吃flax seed對身體好。我就開始每天吃半勺（勺子不大）。但吃了之後，月經每次差不多提前近一周。已經連著幾個月。我想問問其他姐妹有這種情況嗎？如果沒有的話，看來我得去看醫生了。
