Just think this way: why do people get breast biopsy to

begin with? Because there are some abnormalities of the breast, either by physical exam, or by mammography. So the breasts that get to be biopsied are abnormal breasts. That's why later on they have more chance to be diagnosed with cancer.


Biopsy itself will not increase the chance of cancer per se.
