請教HenryLi或其他皮膚科醫生，有關頭部皮炎

勞工額頭發際處有一塊1.5厘米大小的皮炎，好幾年了。最近有擴大的趨勢，額頭上多了幾個紅色小包。癢，少許白屑。請問是牛皮癬嗎？有辦法醫治嗎？
