更直接地回答樓主的問題。我有一次，而且是唯一的一次，在夢中變成了一個旁觀者

觀察那個叫我的名字並具有我的形象的“我”和其他人交談、做飯、打牌。而觀察者並沒有出現在故事中，隻是在看，在聽。

也就是說有兩個“我”，一個是被夢到和觀察到的我自己，一個是作為觀察者的主體的我。

醒了以後覺得非常奇怪。

那個時候並沒有發生什麽奇怪的事情，身體也沒有出現什麽問題。
