請問是否帶狀皰疹

這兩天感覺脊椎中上部發酸 還有背部兩邊肩胛骨發酸 一點點酸痛 今早四點有點疼 醒了 早上發現右側胳膊抬起來有點痛 腋窩和右側胸部出現幾個紅斑（不是紅泡） 

請問是否帶狀皰疹前期  用什麽藥 家庭醫生偏偏周五不上班！謝謝
