為什麽他汀類藥物要晚上吃？

肝髒合成膽固醇最活躍的時間是晚上。

亞洲人極易受到他汀類藥物的毒副作用的影響，肌肉痛， 疲勞，掉磅，腎髒損傷。。。

比較適合亞洲人的他汀類藥物是水溶性他汀， 例如Pravastatin, Resuvastatin, Pitavastatin ...

美國醫生不太關注亞洲人有什麽不同。需要自己提醒醫生。。。
