Healthy diet from WHO didn't mention protein

I read and searched "protein" from the healthy diet, but didn't find any. It covered
    - fruit and vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains
    - sugar
    - fats
    - salt:  竟然推薦多達5g!!!, 美國醫生一般建議2克(如果是鈉, 就與5g食鹽含鈉相當)
