angiomyolipoma 和 indolent renal cell carcinoma CT很難區分嗎?

患者55歲，女性，25年前CT發現右腎上極有一個錯構瘤(angiomyolipoma) ，，1999 (中國)，, 2001(美國), 2007(美國) 做過三次CT, 診斷仍是錯構瘤(angiomyolipoma). 開始幾年一直都在ultrasound檢查，微微有點兒長大. 後來有點鬆懈，2022年發現那個錯構瘤變成了兩個,然後CT檢查的時候有說疑似癌症(suspicious)，2023年CT又說是錯構瘤。下麵是２０２４CT報告，請幫忙看一下，

There are 2 enhancing nodules (1.6 and 0.9 cm) in the right kidney that are not significantly changed in size compared to 2022 and 2023. These have the appearance of renal cell carcinoma but demonstrate an indolent course.

因為一直都以為是錯構瘤,現在又聽說可能是癌症, 所以嚇得半死. 然後urologist說因為nodule沒有長大，所以不用擔心。明年再做CT比較. 我在想如果是癌症,這樣是不是隔的太久了？是不是需要再找一個醫生再看一下?  有沒有必要做MRI? angiomyolipoma 和 indolent renal cell carcinoma CT 很難區分嗎?
