剛才下麵有位朋友說葵花籽油多不飽和脂肪酸高,單不飽和脂肪酸低。這是一般書本的說法。

在真實的世界裏,不說別的因素,隻說葵花籽的品係。

的確有高多不飽和脂肪酸(Omega 6)的品係,但也有平衡品係和高單不飽和脂肪酸品係。都是葵花籽,數據可以有本質區別。
