請教大家。 最近兩周胃不舒服，吃飯後胃脹， 幾小時後胃酸。 食欲不好， 消化也不好。
醫生給做了CT， 評語如下：
1. Prominent distention of the stomach with contrast and a recently ingested
material with an associated air-fluid level. There is a lack of oral contrast
progression beyond the distal stomach raising the possibility of gastric outflow
obstruction and/or delayed gastric emptying. Additionally, there appears to be
wall thickening and mild adjacent inflammatory stranding involving the gastric
antrum and the possibility of acute gastritis and/or peptic ulcer disease is not
excluded. No pneumoperitoneum, ascites or extra luminal contrast is seen.
Correlation with upper endoscopy and/or a fluoroscopic upper GI study is
recommended.
2. Indeterminate 1.6 cm exophytic left lower pole renal lesion. Further workup
can begin with renal ultrasound.
3. Prominent mesenteric groundglass haziness/edema with increased number of
nonenlarged mesenteric lymph nodes at the mesenteric root within the midabdomen,
findings which can be seen in the setting of mesenteric panniculitis.
4. A right pericardial cyst measures up to 5.0 cm.
