閨蜜做了肺部CT,想知道這種情況嚴重不？謝謝

FINDINGS:  No enlarged lymph nodes. Heart is normal in size. No pericardial or pleural effusions. Unremarkable visualized upper abdomen.  Tracheobronchial tree is patent. Mild scarring in the lung apices. Small cyst in the right upper lobe posteriorly is unchanged. New patchy opacities in the right upper lobe medially. Bronchiectasis with patchy opacities in the right middle lobe are similar to prior. Mild mucous plugging in the right lower lobe. Mild worsening of nodular opacities in the right lower lobe laterally. Mucous plugging with patchy opacities in the left upper lobe laterally and medially are unchanged. Interval improvement in opacities in the lingula with moderate residual. Patchy opacities in the left lower lobe are similar to prior.  No destructive osseous lesions.
