大約5周前開始咳嗽，吃藥，沒好轉去看醫生，改服咳嗽糖漿，整瓶服完，沒見好轉，又去看醫生，改咳嗽藥丸，服完，不見好轉, 白天站立時咳嗽輕，但晚上頻繁且帶痰。昨日下決心做了X光透視，今早咳嗽見血，便又去看醫生。正好昨日X光結果已出來，醫生又開了更強的止咳糖漿promethazine及抗菌素 azithromycin Tablets, 咳嗽痰不帶血了。在國內抽過10年的煙，97年後很少抽煙。昨天X光結果如下，現在準備進一步檢查：

Finding: there are nodular densities in the bilateral lower lungs: there is no evidence of pneumothorax or pleural effusion。 The cardiac silhouette is within normal limits. The bony structure is intact.
Impression: nodular densities in the bilateral lower lungs suggesttive of inflammatory/infection disease. Follow-up is recommeded to ensure the resolution.
