求教：老人頭暈

我父親，74歲，身體一向很好，可最近兩個月反複出現嘔吐，頭暈。醫院做了CT,核磁共振，說是腦供血不足。醫生開的藥也不大起作用，所以最近一個月改喝中藥，但是效果也不好，還是每隔四天左右就發作一次，持續時間大概十多個小吋，據家人觀察下來，這病啥都不能幹，連電視都不能看。想請大家幫忙看一下，提點建議
