頭暈怎麽回事？ 坐這兒覺的有點眩暈，感覺好似不平衡

幾年前有過一次有耳朵引起的眩暈，感覺天旋地轉，休息一下好了。這次感覺的頭暈沒有那麽嚴重。

平時也沒有頭暈的症狀。 48 歲女性。
