我去年的七月MAMMOGRAM報告正常，下麵是今年的檢查結果。因為我看到壇子裏有一個姐妹和我的結果一樣在2020年的時候，她的醫生讓她做了biopsy, 然後確診是癌，所以我比較擔心，我的家庭醫生又讓我在不同的地方又做了一次Ultrasound，和下麵的結果是一樣的。我想請教我是應該要求接著查下去，還是等到六個月左右再查。
BILATERAL MAMMOGRAM AND TOMOSYNTHESIS:
ACR category C - heterogenously dense, which may obscure small masses. No suspicious mass or microcalcifications. Focal area of apparent architectural distortion is seen in the left outer breast middle third.
BILATERAL BREAST AND AXILLARY ULTRASOUND: No suspicious solid or cystic breast mass. No suspicious lymph nodes in the axilla.
OPINION: Focal area of apparent architectural distortion in the left outer breast is suspected without a sonographic correlate. Follow-up with left mammogram and breast/axilla ultrasound in 6 months is suggested for reassessment.
