前陣子先是左側後腰部起密密麻麻紅疹，很癢，正巧遊過泳，嚇得不敢去了，

過一陣好了，右側又起，好了很久後，幾個星期前後背脖子下麵起紅疹了

這次我吃了維生素C，D，抹了止癢膏，看到網友介紹的一個 lotion，買了，還沒用，好了

我在想是不是身體裏有什麽毒氣或缺少什麽，自我修複？
