請大家幫忙看看ultrasound結果

早上剛做了腹部ultrasound，別的都很好，但好像有膽結石。這個需要做手術拿掉嗎？謝謝！

Gallbladder: There is a 5 mm mobile intraluminal gallstone and a small sludge ball within the gallbladder lumen. Negative sonographic Murphy sign. No wall thickening.
