請問白細胞高，紅細胞低，不成熟細胞高什麽問題？

老人血象白細胞高，紅細胞低，不成熟細胞高，疲勞，乏力，食欲差睡眠差。網上搜索，好像《白血病》初期症狀，請各位專家看看
