Upper wisdom teeth removal

上麵智齒牙根長進了sinus cavity，如果拔掉會有亇洞，醫生說會補上. 回來後還是有些擔心, 第一次聽說這種情況,不知大家有沒有類似情況,會不會有什麽risk。這種情況很罕見嗎？或者有醫生朋友幫忙指點一下,萬分感謝!
