頸部超聲波顯示mild plaque.家庭醫生建議吃低劑量的aspirin

說是可以防止stroke. 他說除了小孩，基本每個人都有Plaque 尤其55以上。

心髒科醫生對吃不吃aspirin 持無所謂態度。

aspirin 是不是很大副作用？謝謝
