如果到了吃喝拉撒都在床上的時候，北京一個保姆一個月1-2萬人民幣可以找到（人工物理排便）， 2-3線城市的更便宜；美國這1-2萬美元一個月可能還沒有這個服務？
美國這assistant living nursing home, 平均隻能活一年了，懷疑被屎尿憋死（並發症）的比例不少？
