說“布洛芬和對乙酰氨基酚都屬於非甾體類解熱鎮痛藥”，其實不正確，兩者完全不是一類藥。

泰諾（對乙酰氨基酚）是中樞型的，直接作用於腦，對局部炎症沒有改善，不能去“火”。

而布洛芬（ibuprofen)歸入非甾體類解熱鎮痛藥（NSAIDs），改善局部炎症，從而緩解疼痛。作用慢，相對持久。
