Medicare的收費一般要交三部分，Part B，Part D，和MediGap

Part B 至少每月$170左右，收入超過$19萬4就要加收費，Plan D大概幾十塊一個月，另外MediGap或Medicare Advantage 幾十塊到兩百塊不等。
