65歲還工作要不要申請Medicare？答案極為複雜

1）20人以下的公司和20人以上的公司不一樣。

2）有些公司會要求年滿65歲的員工申請Medicare，以降低公司的負擔。

3）如果你有FSA賬戶，如果你的公司給你提供醫療保險並且不要求你申請Medicare，那麽就連不需要交錢的Part A也不能申請。在申請Medicare （包括Part A）前的6個月就不能再向賬戶加錢。否則IRS 會罰你。配偶有FSA的家庭賬戶是個灰色地帶，眾說紛紜，似乎沒有標準答案。
