請教：如果65歲但沒有退休，是繼續用單位保險還是Medicare?到年齡了如果不用Medicare的話，對今後用有

什麽影響？是簡單的不用管還是需要做什麽嗎？

這幾天看到大家討論Medicare,收益匪淺，非常感謝大家提供的信息。有個問題我想請教一下，如果先生滿65歲了，是應該繼續用單位保險還是Medicare?還是說根據具體情況選擇？各有什麽利弊嗎？另外我一直用的是先生單位的家庭保險，如果他用Medicare了，我是不是還得去單獨買其它保險？
