我最近這幾個月還行,每天早點吃些薑泡醋,三片吧,隔三差五的喝山楂片水,一般隔一兩天就熬三四杯喝,基本管用。前提是不能像以前一樣吃的飽,七八成飽吧。特別是山楂片煮的水很管用。
